Lil Wayne and Cash Money Records filed suit on DJ Drama (Tyree C. Simmons), Aphilliates Music Group, ABCD Music Group Inc., Deep Distribution World Wide Inc., Cinque Productions Inc., Making Moves Entertainment, & Frank Nino. They apparently are suing over royalties from 5 mixtapes including "Dedication 2", "Dedication 3", "Dedication Chopped & Screwed", and others. Now, I myself have a problem with folks bootlegging songs from forums, boards, p2ps, etc. and putting it on a CD and calling their selves Mixtape DJs. But as in Wayne's case, someone is leaking his shit from his inner circle. Another things is I don't believe Wayne would have been as successful as he is now if it wasn't for DJ Drama, because Drama put Wayne out to the masses, LITERALLY! A sad day in history for music!
